Q3 results reported on November 14th were an inflection point for the stock. Even after rising to the 50c range from an all time low of 8-10c before Q3 results, the stock is still trading at ~5.5x near-term US$10 mln EBITDA. Since December, management ownership has risen to ~27% from ~17-18% previously due to acquisition settlements and open market purchases.
