INVESTORS

Cancellation: The success of this Conference depends on your attendance. Please call us ASAP if you have a conflict. No-Show Penalty: Although there isn’t a conference fee for attending, by signing this contract you are confirming your participation; CEM holds the right to invoice you and your firm $1,500 CAD/USD in the case of a no-show. Gift card for referral program issued upon communication with the referral.

ISSUERS

CEM holds the right to evaluate a company’s Market Cap, Projects and Management. In the event your company does not meet our requirements, we have the right to return your registration form. Cancellations made after signed contract has been submitted will be subject to the following penalties:

• Each event registration includes a non-refundable $2,500 processing fee
• Cancellations received outside 6 weeks prior to event can be credited to future event or refunded less administration fee
• Cancellations between 4-6 weeks prior to event subject to 50% penalty against credit or refund
• Cancellations within 4 weeks of event ineligible for credit or refund
• Credits (Event or VMS) expire 6 months (VMS) or 12-24 months (multi-show bookings, depending on number of events)
• Special consideration to outstanding circumstances will be applied
