CEM will approve or reject company participation in our events through evaluation of Market Cap, Projects and Management.
Payment Terms
Invoices:
- 100% due within 30 days of registration to receive 10,000 rewards points
- Billed in USD for US shows and CAD for Canadian shows
- Will be emailed to you once your registration request has been approved
- Can be paid via wire transfer, cheque, or credit card
- NOTE: If you have credits with CEM, or have purchased a multi-show package, you will be invoiced accordingly
Cancellation /Refund Policy:
- Purchased events are fully transferable within 30 days of event start date
- Each event registration includes a non refundable $2,500 administration fee
- Refund of 1 show credit for cancellations within 15 – 30 days of the event start date
- No refund or credit within 14 days of the event start date
- Cancellation notifications must be sent to info@cem.ca
