How does the day work?

The core of the event is 18 pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings held Saturday from 9 AM – 5 PM. Issuers stay seated in their 10′×8′ meeting space, while investors rotate every 20 minutes. Personalized schedules are posted on the CEM Dashboard by the Wednesday before the event. While we don’t take specific requests, meetings are arranged to ensure meaningful new connections. Networking breaks and social events provide time to meet others outside your schedule.

CEM hosts growth-stage companies in Resource, Technology, Biotech, and Special Situations sectors, alongside top-tier capital finance professionals — portfolio managers, institutional and retail investors, family offices, and accredited investors. We do not include analysts, investment bankers, or marketing representatives.

What does “pre-scheduled meetings” mean?

CEM prepares a custom meeting schedule for every attendee. Meetings run 20 minutes each, with breaks throughout the day. Contact details are provided after the event for follow-up.

CEM works with a diverse range of small and micro-cap growth companies across Resource, Technology, Biotech, Healthcare, Blockchain, and other emerging sectors. Investors hear directly from executives and CEOs in focused, interactive meetings.

How many meetings can I expect?

Each participant receives 18 one-on-one meetings, lasting 20 minutes each, plus ample time for informal networking throughout the weekend.

How much does it cost to attend?

CEM hosts seven high-end conferences annually across North America, the Bahamas and Bermuda. Pricing varies by event and location, with discounts for multi-event participation. Please contact us directly for current pricing and package details.

What is the conference attire?

The dress code is business casual. Comfortable yet professional. For cocktail receptions and conference day, slacks, dresses, and blazers are appropriate. Networking activities typically allow smart casual attire suited to the resort environment.
