The core of the event is 18 pre-scheduled 1:1 meetings held Saturday from 9 AM – 5 PM. Issuers stay seated in their 10′×8′ meeting space, while investors rotate every 20 minutes. Personalized schedules will be emailed to attendees by the Wednesday before the event (January 20, 2027). While we don’t take specific requests, meetings are arranged to ensure meaningful new connections. Networking breaks and social events provide time to meet others outside your schedule.
CEM hosts high quality public companies in Resource, Technology, Biotech, and Special Situations sectors, alongside top-tier capital finance professionals — portfolio managers, institutional and retail investors, family offices, and accredited investors. We do not include analysts, investment bankers, or marketing representatives.

The dress code is business casual. Comfortable yet professional. For cocktail receptions and conference day, slacks, dresses, and blazers are appropriate. Networking activities typically allow smart casual attire suited to the resort environment.

The event kicks off with a Welcome Cocktail Reception, providing a great opportunity to start networking and make introductions before the meetings commence.
From 9 am to 5 pm, each investor and issuer will participate in 18, 20-minute, 1:1- speed-dating-themed presentations. This will be followed by a cocktail gathering and dinner (guests are welcome to attend).
