- On June 5, 2023 Thesis Gold Inc. and Benchmark Metals Inc. announced that they have entered into a definitive arrangement agreement, pursuant to which Benchmark will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Thesis by way of a court-approved plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia).
- Once closed the new company will have 100% ownership of the Ranch & Lawyers projects in the Toodoggone mining district of north central BC, Canada. The two projects are currently undertaking an aggressive 50,000 metre drill program.
