Summary:

• TAG Oil, a Canadian-based and listed oil and gas exploration company pursuing acquisitions, exploration, and production in the Middle East and North African (MENA) region. In October 2022, TAG entered into a petroleum services agreement to develop the Abu Roash “F” reservoir of the 107 square km Badr Oil Field (BED-1) located in the Western Desert of Egypt. TAG successfully completed a $10 million bought-deal public offering in 2023, which was later upsized and closed at $12.7 million. TAG completed recompletion and evaluation operations on the BED 1-7 vertical well, achieving a net production of nearly 9,000 barrels from May to November 2023. Currently, TAG Oil is actively drilling its first horizontal well within the Abu-Roash “F” Development in the Badr Oil Field with results expected in Q2 2024.
