Summary:
Skyharbour Resources holds an extensive portfolio of uranium exploration projects in Canada’s Athabasca Basin, with interests in 44 projects covering over 682,100 hectares (1.69 million acres) in northern Saskatchewan. The Company owns a 100% interest in the Moore Uranium Project, an advanced-stage exploration property with high-grade uranium mineralization at the Maverick Zones, located 15 kilometres east of Denison’s Wheeler River Project and 39 kilometres south of Cameco’s McArthur River uranium mine. Adjacent to Moore, Skyharbour is advancing several uranium properties within the broader Russell Lake project area alongside joint venture partner and large strategic shareholder Denison Mines. These co-flagship projects host multiple zones of high-grade uranium mineralization across a highly prospective land package, with ongoing exploration and drilling programs targeting significant discovery potential. In addition to focused exploration at the co-flagship projects, Skyharbour employs a prospect generator model to advance secondary assets. Skyharbour now has 11 partners, including joint ventures with Denison Mines and Orano Canada Inc., representing over $130 million in potential exploration funding and cash and share payments, subject to completion of the respective earn-ins.
Management:
Jordan Trimble is President, CEO and a Director of Skyharbour Resources Ltd., with extensive experience in corporate finance, strategy, business development and capital raising in the resource sector. Previously, he was Corporate Development Manager at Bayfield Ventures, acquired by New Gold in 2014. He has founded and helped manage several public and private companies, raising substantial capital through a broad investor network. Named to Business in Vancouver’s Forty Under 40 in 2025, Mr. Trimble holds a BSc with a Minor in Commerce from UBC, is a CFA® Charterholder and previously served as a Director of CFA Society Vancouver.
Nicholas Coltura is Corporate Communications and Development Manager at Skyharbour Resources Ltd., with experience in shareholder communications, business development and capital raising support in the junior resource sector. He has worked with mining companies listed on the TSXV, CSE and OTC markets, building strong investor and industry relationships and enhancing corporate visibility. Mr. Coltura holds a BBA with a specialty in Finance and completed the Public Companies: Finance, Governance and Compliance course at Simon Fraser University.
