ICG controls 100% of the approximately 10,000-acre land package, which has extensive rock chip sampling, thousands of meters of reverse circulation and core drilling, and tens of kilometers of CSAMT geophysics completed on the property. ICG fundamentally believes in the long-term value of precious metals exploration, especially silver and gold, and is led by a technical and management team with extensive experience in exploration, permitting, capital markets, and development of mining projects in the Western United States, including Nevada.

Steven Sirbovan, President, CEO, & Director

Mr. Sirbovan has more than a decade of capital markets experience, including more that eight years at Ventum Financial (formerly Echelon Financial), working exclusively with companies in the high‑growth, sub‑$100 million market cap segment. Most recently, he served as Director of Investment Banking, where he co‑led the Origination Investment Banking group. In that role, he led public and private financings, M&A transactions, and other corporate advisory mandates, participating in more than 100 transactions totaling approximately $500 million in aggregate value. His sector expertise spans metals and mining, industrials, technology, renewables, healthcare, biotech, consumer products, and real estate. Prior to joining Echelon, he was a Junior Investment Analyst in Private Equity at Waterton Global Resource Management, a private equity firm focused on the metals and mining industry, where he supported the Investment Origination team in evaluating projects across Nevada and Arizona.
