Gren Schoch, Chairman & Co-CEO

Gren Schoch is a professional engineer and serial entrepreneur who founded AirBoss in 1989 and has been a substantial shareholder ever since (~18%). Prior to AirBoss, Mr. Schoch led MPH Consulting, a successful engineering and geological services firm from 1976 to 1995, and in 1982 founded Petromet Resources, a junior oil and gas exploration company ultimately sold to Talisman Energy for more than $900 million in 2001. His entrepreneurial vision and long-term stewardship have been central to AirBoss’ evolution into a diversified industrial and defense manufacturer.

Chris Bitsakakis, President & Co-CEO

Chris Bitsakakis, brings nearly 30 years of operational management experience in advanced manufacturing across the rubber, automotive, industrial, and aerospace sectors. Prior to joining AirBoss in 2017, he held senior roles at Cooper Standard, Magna International, Royal Building Products, and PCC Aerostructures, a Berkshire Hathaway company. His tenure at AirBoss has been defined by operational transformation, lean manufacturing implementation, and driving improved financial performance across the Company's diversified platform.
