While CEM always strives to facilitate new meetings, we cannot guarantee that investors met through CEM’s Virtual Meeting Series will not also meet participants in person at the event. This is an intentional and natural continuation of discussions.

Please note CEM Issuers pay top dollar to meet directly with bona fide investors, meaning individuals active in Canadian small and micro-cap stocks that can participate directly in financings or buy shares in the market. As such, we will reject applications from service providers, conduits to capital, investment bankers, analysts, or any other such entity not directly investing. Each 3-day Investor Package includes:

Two (2) nights hotel stay

Standard room for one (1) delegate. Additional nights and upgrade can be coordinated at a later date

Food & Beverages

Includes welcome reception on Friday, breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner reception on Saturday

Sunday Network Activity

Choice between golf and another activity. Options will be made available for each event closer to the date

US based events are exclusively for US investors only. CEM will approve or reject investor participation in our events through evaluation of investor’s sustainability and exposure to attending issuers. Factors include but are not limited to investor’s role, AUM, recent purchases, and allocation of AUM to small/micro cap stocks. Attending issuers are looking for market support which may or may not include financings, therefore investment bankers and entities solely looking to finance are not suitable.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

In the event you need to cancel within 14 days of the event start date and we cannot fill your spot, we will bill a $1,500 cancellation fee to cover expenses.

Issuer Package Details:

Rate: $14,500 per session for 1st delegate, and an additional $2,950 per 2nd delegate with a 2 delegate max.

Each 3-day Issuer Package includes:

Two (2) nights hotel stay

Standard room for one (1) delegate. 2nd delegate will need to register separately. Two (2) delegates max per issuer (additional $2,950).

Food & Beverages

Includes welcome reception on Friday, breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner reception on Saturday

Sunday Network Activity

Choice between golf and another activity. Options will be made available for each event closer to the date

CEM will approve or reject company participation in our events through evaluation of Market Cap, Projects and Management.

Payment Terms:

100% due upon receipt of invoice for event(s) within 12 weeks.

50% deposit due upon receipt of invoice for event(s) greater than 12 weeks out.

Remainder due 6 weeks out to hold spot.

Cancellation /Refund Policy:
  • Each event registration includes a non-refundable $2,500 administration fee
  • Cancellations received outside 6 weeks prior to event can be credited to future event or refunded less administration fee
  • Cancellations between 4-6 weeks prior to event subject to 50% penalty against credit or refund
  • Cancellations within 4 weeks of event are ineligible for credit or refund
  • Credits (Event or VMS): expire 6 months (VMS) or 12-24 months (multi-show bookings depending on number of events)
  • Special consideration to outstanding circumstances will be applied

Sponsorship Package Details:

Rate: $20,000 per event for 1st delegate, and an additional $2,950 per 2nd delegate with a 2-delegate max. As an Event Partner, you will have the unique opportunity to engage with a captive audience of issuers and investors during the lunch break at the conference.
You will also receive:
  • A five-minute presentation during lunchtime to all attendees
  • On-site introductions to clients on a one-to-one basis
  • Single delegate attendance package, which includes accommodation, food & beverage

Cancellation /Refund Policy:
  • Event selections are fully transferable within 30 days of event start date
  • Each event registration includes a non refundable $2,500 administration fee
  • Refund of $10,000 for cancellations 30+ days of the event start date
  • No refund for cancellations within 30 days of the event start date
