Murray Lonseth

Specialties / interests / experience:

Murray has a varied and extensive business background with over 25 years of experience.  Through years of entrepreneurial small-business ownership, and more recently, more than 15 years management consulting, he brings a results-driven bottom-line approach to business.  He has an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Wouter d'Ailly

Specialties / interests / experience:

Wouter d’Ailly has an impressive record in bringing performance management alive in his client‘s organizations.  His enthusiasm, belief and interest in developing the skills of executives, through to the front-line, has created effective, sustainable management systems.  His work was recognized, by a panel of his peers for outstanding merit.  Each of his clients, in the last six years, has asked that he stay on site beyond the original term, to continue to develop their organization.

Wouter has worked in a variety of industries in the resource and public sectors.  He has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.  He lives with his wife and three children on a hobby farm in rural Alberta.
